Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases made on the Tarini website (the "Website"), operated by TARINI INNOVATION HUB LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, available at tarini.app and its associated domains.

1. No physical shipping

Tarini sells digital products only. There is no physical shipment, courier or postal delivery of any kind. Nothing is mailed to a physical address.

2. Electronic delivery

Your muhurat and panchang outputs are delivered electronically and made available within the app and your account immediately after a successful payment. Because delivery is instant and digital, there are no delivery charges and no delivery timelines beyond the moment your payment is confirmed.

3. If delivery fails

If your payment succeeds but the output does not appear in your account, please contact us at contact@tarini.app and we will re-deliver the output or, where appropriate, issue a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
