1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Website or place an order.

3. Description of the service

Tarini computes personalised Hindu muhurat (auspicious timing) and panchang (almanac) guidance from your birth details and/or location, read against traditional Vedic astrology. Outputs are digital and are delivered electronically within your account.

4. Accounts and authentication

Accounts are created and secured using your phone number, verified by a one-time password (OTP) delivered via WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Astrology and muhurat disclaimer

Tarini's guidance is based on traditional Vedic astrology and astronomical computation and is provided "as is" for informational and spiritual purposes only. It is not, and must not be treated as, a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other advice. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result or benefit. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the guidance.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, harvest or copy data from the Website.
• Do not make automated or bulk requests, or otherwise attempt to overload, disrupt or abuse the panchang or any API.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Website or its underlying engine.
• Do not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Website, its content, software, design, computations and the Tarini name and marks are owned by or licensed to TARINI INNOVATION HUB LLP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. Any output delivered to you is licensed for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Payments and pricing

Prices for paid products are shown on the Website and may be updated from time to time. Payments are processed by Razorpay via card, UPI or netbanking; Tarini does not store your full card details. Prices are inclusive of, or subject to, applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Our products are digital and delivered instantly. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details of when a refund or correction applies.

10. Third-party links and services

The Website relies on third-party services and may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TARINI INNOVATION HUB LLP and its partners, employees and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website or reliance on its guidance. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TARINI INNOVATION HUB LLP and its partners and personnel from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
